Another IO fall card: ink stamped

Card Day

A couple of weeks ago I went and made cards with a half dozen ladies and a gentleman!  It was a lot of fun!  I think they enjoyed the "process" but I have lots to learn!  Going again next month planning to do Christmas cards!

Here are my card samples.  One I colored with ink and the other I colored with caulks.  Quick!  :) less than 5 minutes!
image stamped with black versafine and embossed with black embossing powder.

The image is from IO;
it is my Mom's stamp!  She purchased it from the store in Windsor;  Nika's.

Yesterday, she came home with the large poinsettia die!  Can't wait to share it!  It matches my small poinsettia die!  :)  Thanks for looking!  Have a great day!

Belated Happy Thanksgiving!

They say life is only as busy as you make it!  Time just goes so quick! It seems I'm always in a hurry because I guess I don't want to miss out on anything!  Life is short,  and I'm trying to not wasting a minute!

So my apologises for all the mistakes in my postings!

I'm thankful for so very many things;  but the top is my family and friends.  I know that I am very lucky to have the wonderful life that I have!

This stamp can be found at Nika's in Windsor.
My red coloring looks really "off"  in the picture but I guess if I had of took the picture in natural light it would be better!  :)  But it is/was dark out!
Next week I'm planning to go share this paper craft with some seniors.  Hoping to brighten their day!

I made these cards on the weekend!  It has been a busy week so far here and not seeing it letting up till likely next wednesday!  I down loaded my camera tonight to get ready for a wedding on the weekend.  So thought I would post what I have now....quick  :) !

 IO stamp
Kaiser craft stamp and stampendous:  this one the light really doesn't show up the layers!

I likely will add a Happy birthday die or Thinking of you die cut not quite finished!
The stamp was Kaiser Craft.....the wreath was my friends;  don't remember the brand!  Sorry!
First you lose your sight.....then goes the mind!  So my son reminds me!  :)

I liked this!  These were square pattern papers from Kaiser Craft!  So this paper and many others can be found at Nika's in Windsor!

Stampendous stamp:  Kaiser craft paper

I have had this housemouse stamp for a is so cute!  I like how it is colored!  It is shinny in real life!  It was painted with shimmer paints.....again not sure which ones were used!  I found it in a box of pattern paper all colored but not mounted into a card!  So it maybe that I didn't do it!  But 95% sure I did!  :)  if not,  it was a friend!  I'll double check!

I have a number of twinking H2O but I also have these awesome mica color water paints that I got last Christmas (from Nika's) and likely a combination of all!

Have a great week and weekend!  Thanks for looking.

Thanks for looking!  Have a great day!

Thank you card

This is for a man in the big green tractor!  :)  He stopped and waited for me to come get my dog!
It was a day that started okay but went down hill as the day went on!
I'm still counting my lucky stars.... I was very lucky!
We were doing our afternoon walk with the dogs in town, meet a number of "bunches" of kids running.  The dogs prey drive kicked in; I grabbed my largest dog; watched the little one and didn't realize my youngest was gone until he was too far away!  He really does have an awesome recall!  The first group of boys kept running;  soon as they got out to the main road,  my guy lost his mind and ran off!  We looked and yelled for an hour looking for him! Finally I went out on the road and saw the tractor stopped in the distance and this movement going around and around the tractor!    I'm very badly out of shape!  But I knew it was him!  :)  I always call him "special".....but I think my son's name for him is beginning to stick!  Really not appropriate to say in public but it is something**head!

It is nice to visit town but I so appreciate home where I don't have to share my dog's space except with the local wild life!

stamp was North wood.
die cut was provo craft.
 colored with alcohol markers

thanks for looking.......Happy October!
