Quick Stampscape Post

Quick post this AM!

I picked up this new "word" stamp on the weekend and wanted to use it!

So this morning, (the pics below) I was playing with the stampscape a little bit more,  before I take the dogs for a hike in the mist!
The paper was just thick paper.....not card stock or water color paper;  just higher grade photocopy paper!  So the results likely could be much better with better paper and it being completely dry to stamp!
:)  always in a rush!

I inked the image with versamark;  then rubbed butterscotch gelato all over the image;  applied green tea, silver and chocolate hit and miss in the areas of those color !  Sprayed with water, stamped.  Sprayed with water again....stamped on another piece of paper (one with the poem that was a going to the garbage).....just for fun!

Then cleaned stamp and dried....inked up with black ranger and stamped over the 2nd time stamping gelato image,  coffee with the first stamping! If that makes sense !  :)

Very quick!
Posting takes so much longer!  Especially when the browser is having script errors!  I guess that is maybe why my typing and keyboards is not making me happy!

I love my gelatos!  I guess that is why I purchased some more about a month ago!  But was sooooo disappointed. I already had 6 of the colors and thought I was getting 15.  New packaging,  colors not listed on the outside and misleading not saying 2 sponges and brush!  I was rushing and it was an impulse buy!  Bad me!  And Faber-Castell!  But Love the new green iced pear....used it on the turtle!

Have a great day everyone!  Hope everyone is enjoying their summer!  Thanks for stopping!

  1. You really do rock at the Stampscapes! And the turtle is awesome!

I did not know that about the Gelatos in that large pack. You are right- the packaging should list the colors inside! But on a positive note, have two of several colors is a good excuse to use the Gelatos more. :)
